We are now seeking to fill the role of junior office assistant to join our friendly, busy legal firm located at Sydney CBD.
Excellent training in all aspects of office duties, including:
► Reception and delivery duties
► Attend property settlement
► Word processing and data entries
► Filing and opening of newmatters
► Photocopying and scanning
► Mail sorting and distribution
► General administrative duties
To be considered for this position, you are expected to have:
► The right to work in Australia;
► Professional manner andoutstanding customer service skills;
► Excellent administration skills;
► Excellent verbal & written English & Chinese languages;
► Willingness to learn;
► Attention to detail;
► Previous experience in admin role is preferred but not essential;
► Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice;
► Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
