    YOUR ROLE

    ·         Personal assistance to director(s)

    ·         Screening calls, emails and visitors

    ·         Document management

    ·         Office management including pantry and office supplies

    ·         Support to company daily operation

    ·         Internal company event management

    ·         Research and obtaining quotes for projects

    ·         Assist with Asset Portfolio Management

    ·         Attending scheduled off site visits / appointments

     

    PRE-REQUISITES

    ·         PR or Australian Citizen

    ·         Valid working visa

    ·         Minimum 2 years office experience

    ·         Receptionist or administration experience

    ·         General skills with Word and Excel

    ·         Excellent communication and organisation skills

    ·         Confidentiality sensitivity and personal creditability
